Brad's Diet

Leading up to his role in the movie Troy, Brad Pitt gave up cigarettes and cut back on beer and chips. Brad followed a low-carb, high-protein diet during the training for his role which he consumed through 4 meals every day. This was not too difficult for Brad as his normal diet is also low carbohydrate. He did however allow himself the occasional treat, mainly consisting of McFlurry shakes from the local McDonalds.
