The latest diet Jennifer Aniston is said to be undertaking is the Baby Food Diet. Aniston is also one of the latest stars to work with personal trainer Tracy Anderson, who has also helped to shape the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna.
The diet consists of 14 pureed portions of food per day and one healthy balanced dinner. Following this diet and along with training Jennifer has reported to have lost 7 pounds in just one week.
The food includes fruit smoothies, puréed oatmeal, pears with cinnamon, soups containing dandelion greens and a dinner of lean meats and vegetables.
Tracy recommended Jennifer went on the diet shortly before she started filming the movie, Just Go With It, to give her a 'body boost'.
Speaking about the new diet Tracey Anderson said "I developed a cleanse where you can still eat and it's a lot of purée foods. I was very careful about the foods I chose to put in it."
